Group online interview- create a warm up activity for a group of People
One one interview- they expect you to discuss personal experiences (you don’t have to be too deep)
Mix of Q&A and practical coaching exercises, and a chance to meet other candidates. Overall, fun (as interviews go!) and energising, and the people leading it were encouraging and nice.
