Interview
This is the first company in BPO who trust me as a newbie however the hiring process are taking long. Thay have assessment like repeat after what you've heard and a typing test, the staffs and front desk are nice.
There was an initial phone call followed by an online video interview. Overall the process was quite smooth and quick. The interview was not difficult, it focused on relevant skills and experience in previous jobs.
I was given a Zoom interview link and tim when I logged in, no one was there, so I contacted the recruiter, and she worked with me in the entire hiring process.

Interview
Visual pattern recognition test followed by a standard 15-minute interview comprised of routine questions about employment history, ability to work in a team and ability to deal with challenging client interactions.
