In person interview with tour of the establishment. Review of resume past experience. Followed with expectations of the role. Expectation was to have strong IV start skills. Training will be provided.

Phone briefing with HR followed by in person interview with GM, HR, and RN. Another day followed by shadow for an hour with RN. They let you try one of their wellness services.

Describe your communication style, what does wellness mean to you, how do you practice wellness in your daily life, what are your hobbies, if you could teach one thing you are passionate about, sales experience
The interview was easy enough. Very friendly and professional. The on boarding process was a nightmare. It was very disorganized and rushed. There were last minute changes and lack of communication.
