I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reston Association (Reston, VA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Pretty basic interview, just asked questions about what I did in HS. Asked questions on various scenarios that could happen. If you appear professional and put together you will most likely get the job. They are not trying to actively reject applicants.

Question 1
Q: What are your current activities in HS? (Sports, ECs, Academics, ETC)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reston Association (Reston, VA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews. Was asked to complete a project that would take 3+ hours to complete with only 24-hours notice.. twice. (before each interview.) But with both projects, there had been at least a full week I could have been asked to do the project mentioned rather than at the last minute. With a full time job and 3 children, it's not possible to plan last minute things like that. Additionally, the completed projected was posted on their website for all to see, so I hope they didn't hire anyone who just copied it from there. The entire process was very unprofessional, and after a project, a phone interview, and two in-person interviews, no one even bothered to tell me I didn't get the job. I found it re-posted months later on indeed.

Question 1
The interview questions were pretty much standard and what you would expect.

Interview
They will seem very strict. Other interviewees might all know each other because they go to high school together. So that can be intimidating. But if you know your skills well and know some of their policies, you can do fine.

Question 1
How will you deal with a difficult customer who is not listening to a rule (they give a specific rule and basically act it out. Pretend you are on the job speaking to the customer).
