Restaurant Brands International Leadership Development Program (LDP) interview questions

First round was about experience and asking questions on how you would be a good fit and talking about my experience. The second round was a tough one with the interview consisting of a case study that you need to solve with questions about the process being asked.

The interview process was made of 4 rounds, the first one was simple behavioral questions, second was a case study, third a group case study and final interview with a manager from the leadership team
