Resource Innovations Engineer interview questions

Initial interview was over the phone with a recruited to discuss the role and background. Second interview was via Teams with the engineers of the hiring group. The interviewers arrived 15 minutes late, a copy of my resume was never made available to them by the recruiter, and there were no prepared questions from the interviewers. There were a vast amount of pauses due to the lack of preparedness on their end. It was a waste of time.
