The first interview was with Bri, an in-house recruiter, it went well and she asked me to interview with a VP next. I was in constant communication with her throughout the entire interview process. The second interview was with Keith. It went long as there was a lot we had to discuss, what an awesome guy, I have nothing bad to say about him. This may have been the best interview I have had with a company and I was excited about moving forward. The third interview was with Brian the CEO. This interview went well, I thought, though he has some trepidations, which is completely understandable. After the final interview, Brian emailed and said they would be in touch. Then a week goes by, and I message the original recruiter Bri. Nothing. Another week goes by, Xmas, and the New Year. I wait until a week after the New years. I want them to settle in and readjust hiring. Nothing. After many emails and messages, I do not get any type of response. It's been almost a month since three positive interviews then radio silence. Bad communication from somewhere in the org. Oh well, I hope they improve this aspect for future employees.
