Applied online, went through 3 rounds of interviews. Got an offer, but then negotiated for a 10% increased and got ghosted after that. Big red flags, id probably avoid this place.

The interview process was formal and I enjoyed speaking to many of the individuals of the company. Unfortunately, upon reaching the final stages of the interview process, I was completely ghosted which leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
