I found the Job via an advertisement in the Star Ledger Newspaper (online). The interview was thorough, and the tour of facilities was complete. the job expectations were very well outlined during the interview process and there were few surprises along the way. Most of the staff that I interacted with was highly educated and exhibited professional attitudes at all times. Internal communication was well maintained, and the environment was much like that of an extended family, with the management rewarding the staff with special occasions to mark major milestones in the life of the company.
