ResCare WorkForce interview questions

Driving to a location 2.5 hours away. Interviewing with 2 individuals. After interview there was no call, email, or communication otherwise to indicate when position would be filled. Applicants were never made aware of the outcome of the interview. Poor communication overall, this was an internal hiring process so only internal applicants were interviewed.

Team interview then individual. I guess that want to assess how you work in a group and they indoctrinated you with their background. I heard back in days that I got the position which was suspiciously fast but may attribute to their high turnover rate.
