In the first round of interviews they ask questions about basic regs such as the 1-2-3 rule and joint responsibility. They give you the benefits rundown and explain the payscale. They also will ask about your past work experience with scenario-based questions. Prior aviation experience is a plus.

Received an email to schedule an interview. They set the date and I gave them a time period that I was available to do the interview. I am sure that this was an outside company. Was asked three times when I received my license. My interview lasted 5 minutes 36 seconds
