I applied online. I interviewed at Repos Energy (Pune) in Jan 2023
Interview
Good interview process, however it is long. Too many rounds, constant rescheduling. There was a lot of confusion in the process and the Team didn’t coordinate well The founders took rounds individually and seemed very disinterested

Question 1
Technical interview, and cultureal interview very long
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Repos Energy (Mumbai) in May 2025
Interview
HR is only asking vague questions and takes time to come back with next updates. I was told to have a round with founders but it got cancelled last minute. There is a lack of process in the company when it comes to hiring people for roles.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Repos Energy (Pune) in Jul 2021
Interview
Unprofessional and not sure of what they want.
I applied through LinkedIn. The next day, I received a call from the recruitment coordinator asking me to fill up with some random questions on how I perceive the world to be. Within 24 hours, a Technical round (video call) was arranged at a notice of only 2 hours (I unsuccessfully requested to provide me some time; the recruiter seemed adamant).
There was nothing technical about this round. Questions were focused on my past experiences and whether or not I will be a fit for their team. A couple of 'if and but' scenarios were discussed. I was expecting sales plan, network reach, even simple chemistry - but nothing of that sort was discussed. The company's focus on cutting down on Carbon Emissions/Leakages seemed clearly missing from the depth of the questions. Having said this, the interviewer was good and kept the flow well to make sure the interview lasts around an hour.
This was followed by an HR round (again video call). This time the notice period was cut short to one hour. From the word go, the HR Officer seemed disinterested in the entire process. She was fiddling around with her phone, had to take a call in between and her mind was completely on the table across her. The questions were a repeat of the previous interview with some hilarious additions. Instead of finding a match between my skill set and the profile, the focus was purely on why I applied in the first place. I was asked if I am a better listener or speaker, which is my favorite movie character, why is that movie my favorite and the complete plot. Interesting.
I asked for feedback on this round and I was told I didn't seem 'happy and excited enough'. I was promised an interview with the Founders in a couple of days, but it's been radio silence since then.
