I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reply (Turin) in Mar 2026
Interview
5 interviews in total, 1 interview with HR, 2 technical interviews (1 hour each) for different roles, 1 interview with manager and 1 interview with HR again, offered position and then withdrawn because my first university in mother’s country wasn’t STEM which was clearly stated in my CV from the beginning… the process took 2.5 months, so much effort and time wasted. The hiring process is messy and they don’t know what they want. They said one thing and then it turned out to be other. Telling you a call isn’t an interview but to present the position or to formalize the process but then it turns out to be an evaluation. The offer is lower than market average for the same role and experience. It worked out well anyway as it’s not good to work in such company.
