A few days after applying I received a phone call from Shabana Latif. During this phone call I was asked about why I applied for the company, what I knew about the company and some basic interview questions. After the phone interview was completed I was told she would give my answers to the hiring manager to see if I would progress to the next stage. After a couple days I received another call from Shabana in which I was told I had made it to the next stage, a face to face interview (conducted over google hangouts due to the pandemic). This interview was with the Head of E-Learning, Megan Blignaught. During my interview with Megan I was tested on my knowledge of the company, given competency based questions and gave details on any relevant experiences I had. Megan gave more insight into company life, what the team is like and provided detailed answers to any questions I had. After the interview concluded I received a call later that day with the job offer.
