I was kept well-informed throughout the process - at my first stage interview, Dani was really welcoming and put me at ease straight away. After being invited back in to meet the team, I was offered the position.

Interview
Initial short 10 minute telephone interview with Danielle to ask a few questions about my past work experience and reasons for applying for the job. Danielle explained a bit more detail about Rentokil Initial and the role I'd applied for. First stage interview was meeting with Danielle and Reah to chat in more detail, then second stage interview to meet more of the team.

Interview
After being recommended for the job by Neil Philp who works for the recruitment team, the recruitment manager, Michelle gave me a call to conduct a brief telephone screening, asking me about my previous experience and reasons for applying for the job.
I was then invited to attend a face-to-face interview with Michelle and Sharon Wands. This involved being asked competency-based questions and set the task of looking at some mock CVs and explaining why they were suited to the relevant role.
