Applied via company website. Got invitation for screening after 2 weeks of silence. Screening call with recruiter: standard discussion about previous role, experience, brief introduction of the company and product(s). Followed by the series of basic Swift or programming concepts. Note that this call was recorded probably due to this, as you are explaining technical terms to non-technical person. Next up, 45 min technical interview interview with some manager and senior engineer. First part, discussion around some CV highlights, programming concepts and design in general with the manager. Followed by the discussion with engineer about some very high level application design or concepts like serialization, IPC, concurrency, how to implement some simple UI element. Concluded by time to ask interviewers some questions. Pretty quickly terminated with polite version of “lets not waste time”. Up until then I felt like discussion was pretty decent. Got rejected 2 days later by e-mail without feedback. Honestly, I haven’t felt like this was going sideways up until the cut in "Q&A session”.

After applying, invitation to book an availability for screening is received. During the online screening, some basic swift questions are asked. After 2 days standard reply like not moving to next round.
