I applied online and received an automated interview request within two hours. The 30 minute interview was scheduled for the following week.
During the interview, the screener explained the position in detail and asked me if I thought I'd want to do the job. He described his work history and told me about his multiple degrees, but did not ask me anything about myself or my experience. He ended the interview by inviting me to a 2.5 hour working interview, which we scheduled for the following week.
The working interview consisted of me shadowing the department manager, learning what the job would be like. The next day, I received an email inviting me to a second working interview. This one-hour interview was to assess my computer skills to prove I could navigate basic Windows functions. Afterwards, I was asked to meet with the owner who again described the job in detail, followed by asking me if I'd want to do the job. She did not ask me anything about myself or my work experience. The original screener called me back into his office and made a verbal offer.
