Initial phone screen with HR, pretty basic stuff. Waited a week, got invited to a zoom interview with the team supervisor. That was pretty casual, nothing super complicated. A few weeks later I got an invite to interview in person, which was a little weird since I was interviewing with the folks in the same position just on different shifts. A week later got asked to do another phone interview with HR. Pretty straightforward nothing special. All in all just a lot of those typical questions they ask everyone. About 3 weeks later got an automated email rejection. I don’t really feel like it should have taken 3 months to go through all this but that’s what the hiring process is these days I guess. Ultimately worked out since I had accepted another job elsewhere by the time they rejected me.
