They reviewed my history and how I get along with young students. Also went through mock advising session to demonstrate advising skills. All the process was done virtually through Zoom

Interview
Casual interview, they checked my teacher credentials and references from a previous school I had taught in.
They asked me how well I get along with kids and technology, and made me demonstrate familiarity with educational platforms such as IXL , SeeSaw, and Epic.
