Interview
After cv evaluation, we are invited to a Video recordung interview so the company can undestand if you know how to communicate in your native language and in English. It's an evaluation of you language level and cultural knowledge.
Quick. I enjoyed that I had a video interview process and that the process happened very fast. I applied on a Friday. Interviewed on a Saturday. Was working Sunday. I was impressed by this.
One of those interview processes where you are given questions ahead of time and are tasked with recording your answers. Never talked to another human over video or phone call during this process. Very simple questions. Huge red flag. Offered job and then was never given work.
