The interview Process seems to be ok , So many discussions F2F , i was called twice to there office in chennai , Also the organization is a growing organization and you cannot expect a proper IT work Culture from them, Even though i was shortlisted i had a call from HR stating that the management is discussing on whether to have the role of a Project manager or not which is very bad and not acceptable. Instead of wasting the candidates time and your time , First decide whether you want the role to be hired in the first place and then interview candidates.
