technical interview of 2-3 senior engineers and the last interviewer will be the engineering manager. HR will be the first to interview the applicant and will conduct personality, IQ,& skills tests. Actual exam will also be supervised by engineers for basic soldering and process related stuff.

Interview
Interviewed by controller and her assistant at the same time. Both women seemed uninterested to speak with me the moment I walked in. During the 20 minute interview the one asking me questions left the room at least 4 times to answer calls on her cell phone. She told me to give my answers to her assistant. For whatever reason these people had no intention of offering me the position from the moment I walked into the door.
