HR interview was first round, then second round was Financial technical round with the Regional Credit Manager or Zonal Credit Manager testing the basic understanding of risk management and financial formulas Third round was Business know how interview with the Zonal Business Head Final selection and appointment

First started with the introduction then rounded up with questions on CV and credit risk management. There was a panel of three members one two from HR and one from technical team. Interview focused on how you fit in their organisation plus some basics finance question. The interview lasted somewhere around 20-30 minutes. A good knowledge of credit risk evaluation will be helpful if you are going for the interview.
