      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Relias

      Interview

I have been through 3 different interviews with this organization via employee referral and I have to admit all 3 times the process was the same...disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing etc. I figured the third time was the charm and my friend thought I would be a great fit for this new role, so I gave it a shot. I started this interview process in the end of November 2019 and now it's March 2020 and have yet to receive an answer! If you are going to tell someone "No" then tell them "No". I'd rather hear "No" than nothing. This process each time has been a big waste of my time! Every interview conducted has had various abnormal things happen ie. territory changes, manager changes, role changes, etc. In the past, the territory changed from what I told was a East Coast territory to a West Coast territory...major difference! This changing territory issue has happened with my current interview process. Clearly, the company is in disarray not even sure about the position and territories themselves. I feel they have struggled tremendously with integration from too many mergers and acquisitions. Yes, you can acquire more market share through buying other companies, but that's only half the battle. The integration component is much more complex and clearly lacking on their part. One year I recall them going through approximately 12-15 mergers and/or acquisitions. The disorganization and disconnect across the board has been horrific. I rarely ever leave reviews but based on what this company has put me through, I felt compelled to share. It's the right thing to do. I would never work for a company like this simply based on how I have been treated. It's been a flat out unprofessional experience EACH time. I hope people read this review and understand this doesn't apply to everyone, but know if it happens to one person it can happen to many. More than likely its an organization issue across the board. Remember an interview is a two way process. If you as a candidate identify weaknesses and lack of professionalism during the interview process then read the writing on the wall....red flag! Do not recommend this company!

      Interview

Like everyone said, you start off with what amounts to an IQ and personality test. If you pass that, you get a phone interview, then a face to face with a recruiter and you take the test again (no cheating!). Made it that far? Another phone interview, this time with the Director of your department. Lastly, for sales you do a 15 PowerPoint sales pitch followed with some basic questioning. They'll probably challenge you on something to see how you handle pushback.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Relias (Cary, NC) in Sept 2014

      Interview

Long process. Started with phone interviews with different levels of management. Then had to come in for 1-1 interviews and finally a presentation to upper level management. The overall was tedious and long but I enjoyed the experience. Was offered a position with in 2 weeks of initial conversation.
