The first contact was a request to set up a screening and asked for my availability. I responded but the recruiter said that my email didn't come to their usual inbox.
After that screening, I was told I would have a second interview on a Monday and to expect a calendar invite. It was never sent. On Monday, I had to reach out and was told that it was moved to Wednesday.
After the second interview, I was told that my pain point of contact is the recruiter. Intentional or not, I got the vibe "don't reach out to me."
When scheduling the third interview, I was contacted by 3 different recruiters. One asked me my availability later on a Friday. A second person sent the confirmation. A few days later I randomly got another confirmation by a different person for a different date and time ... with no explanation.
On the day of the third interview. One person didn't show up. I reserved two hours of my day and had to just sit there. I couldn't even do work for my current job because I didn't know if someone would show up. The second person who interviewed me was flustered because she just got promoted. It was a little akward because I'm interviewing and we started off the conversation about her. I'm certain she didn't know a thing about me. I had an interview scheduled with the CMO but she left the company.
I did think think the person that this position reported to did a nice job. We had a good conversation.
