Long, drawn out process. I was happy that they were fast to respond to me, but they made me come into the office 3 separate times and then were 4 days late in making their decision from what they told me to expect.

Fortunately, this is not our typical process, so we apologize that you had to come onsite so many times. Sometimes, we are having to work around various department schedules, but this is no excuse and we strive to do better! Thank you for the feedback.
