      Client Success Manager Interview

      16 Mar 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Relias in Apr 2018

      Interview

Super simple and easy. They make you take this timed assessment twice, which is a joke and not a good indicator of success. Onsite was basic behavioral questions. This is hard to mess up. Just mention you do well in change and you will be good.

      28 Dec 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Cary, NC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Relias (Cary, NC) in Dec 2018

      Interview

Very long and involved. Cognitive Ability timed test was a bit anxiety producing, but I did fine. Three phone interviews (45-60 minutes each), 2 hours of face-to-face 1:1 interviews to include applicant presentation to interviewing members. It's clear they are focused on weeding out those who are not worthy of the challenge of working there, but I fear they may lose some highly qualified candidates by not seeing their potential. Still going to try for some other positions because I am sold on the culture and the level of 'smart' they want to see in their staff.

      Client Success Manager Interview

      10 Aug 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Relias

      Interview

Applied, took an assessment test, phone screen, took another assessment with the HR person watching via FaceTime (I guess to make sure I did not cheat), had another phone screen with hiring manager, and was invited in for an interview and to give a 10 minute presentation. Met with several managers, one of which called me a “Yankee” and not in a nice or joking way either because I recently relocated to NC from NY. Another manager (possibly the director) was texting while interviewing me at which point I stopped mid-answer to a question because that is plain rude. I was then told to trim my 10-minute presentation down to 7-minutes. Fumbled through that because I had to leave out information and the texting lady was still texting. Found out the following week that I would not be offered the position. What a waste of my time!
