Reliant Hospital Partners interview questions

Applied online. Was contacted by the director of pharmacy for an interview. I was enthusiastic and positive going into the interview...had always wanted to work for a rehab hospital...however, I was asked "what is your ethnicity?" by the interviewer soon after the interview started. I was very uncomfortable from that point on and lost interest in the job. I chose not to ask the interviewer the list of questions that I had prepared. However, this story has a happy ending, as I applied to a competing rehab hospital shortly after this disastrous interview and was hired within a week.
