I did a brief phone interview and then a more extensive in person interview. I felt like the questions were really in depth to make sure I was a good fit and they were a good fit for me. The interview process was above average for sure.

You will be sent to their flint office for their so called training even though you work in Romulus. You will be promised uniforms, phones, etc. keep in mind they will charge you for these items each week. You will be given all these procedures and life lessons they will share. In the end you are just a number to them.
