First was Hr screening call, simple behavioral and basic technical questions. 2nd was HR behavioral video interview with standard STAR questions. At end of interview was told would hear back later that day or week after speaking with others then was ghosted by interviewer.

Interview
Screening, then behavioural interview. Then my details were put forward to the hiring manager, and I was not selected to go forward without a technical interview. It was a strange experience, and I felt like the recruiter wasn't actually listening to me, but just going through the motions.
They require staff in the office 5 days a week and so seem quite inflexible and maybe untrusting of employees.
