First met with HR, then a panel with Sr Leader and Junior Manager. The Sr Leader recently joined and based on the questions asked it he seemed like he was still getting a feel for what he was looking for. Some questions were repetitive and seemed to delve into convincing developers to do things they weren't comfortable with. I got he impression that there is a lot of change management going on and they were having difficulty implementing the changes themselves.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relay (Canada) (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2024
Interview
Very clear, very transparent, very organized, very well managed
4-Stage interview:
Screening call (reviewing role, job description, questions and outlining process)
1:1 interview with hiring manager (behavioral, experiential focused on my experience)
Case study with broader team (60-minute presentation and deep dive)
Senior leadership interview (to talk about organization and strategic objectives, growth etc.)
Interviewers were personable, conversational and easy to talk to, asking lots of questions and engaging in interesting and thoughtful discussion.
Be prepared to talk about how you learn and grow, as well as your own plan for career growth and development.
