Two steps. Phone screen follow up by a Zoom interview. Very nice people and the business is extremely exciting. Did not move forward in the next steps of the interview process.

Phone Interview. Cold Call. The recruiter never invited me to the interview and when he called I had no idea who I was talking to as he used a short-hand for the company name that I didn't recognize. Eventually I figured out who he was and where he was from and said I was never invited to the phone interview. He eventually said oh sorry "the invite got stuck in my outbox, do you want to do the interview or not". I probably should have said no but forged ahead. He was bowing out of the call within 5 minutes. Pretty certain nobody ever became aware he screwed it up and I was just tossed into the void from his incompetence.
