I applied through LinkedIn. Shortly after, I received an email and scheduled a phone screening from their Technical Recruiter, then a second phone interview the Hiring Manager, a third phone interview with a team member, then an on-site interview. A 30 minute presentation was required, after which was a 30 min Q&A session. After that I was given a tour of the facility and was provided lunch. After lunch I had one on one 30 min interviews with each team member that was included in the presentation. They quickly got back to me to ask me some follow up questions, but stated that this was not an offer and that I should hear back by the end of the week or early the week after. They did not follow up as they had stated. I left an email and a voicemail with my contact from the company kindly asking for an update. Another week went by with no contact so I sent another email and voicemail. A few days later they finally called me back to let me know that they needed more time one or two more weeks. Shortly after this phone call I received an offer for another company and let Relativity know via email and voicemail again, that I would need an offer sooner than that. The next day they returned my call and said they were waiting to interview another candidate before considering sending me an offer. The next day they called me and had changed their mind. I was no longer being considered for the position.
