Very typical Interview Process with a member or the team getting to know me through an initial screening phone interview. Second Interview was a technical interview where I was asked approximately 5 different questions pertaining to tooling design rationales and engineering stress/strains.

Multiple Stages: - 1st Phone Screening (introduction then technical questions) - 2nd Phone Screening (more technical questions) - 3rd Phone Call with HR - On-Site Interview (including presentation, 3x 1:1 technical interviews)
