I applied through an employee referral. First, I had a very casual conversation with a recruiter about the role and what I'm looking for at this point in my career. Shortly after, I set-up a 45-minute technical video interview with a manager. This video interview consisted of various troubleshooting questions regarding windows and simple SQL queries.
I was invited to an on-site interview that was set a week after the video call. The first two 45-minute interviews I met with 1 person each time and consisted of situational/behavioural questions that relate to their core values, which are listed on their website. The last interview I met with 2 managers for 1 hour who go through your resume and ask insightful questions about each role listed on it. The day ended with meeting with the recruiter I had been working with throughout the process.
