AT&T interview question

Related to the job, what kind of problem have you had that prevented you from going forward, and how did you overcome it? (Something to that regard, it was a long time ago).

I described a situation where I was on the job at a customers house (I had previous field experience) and we began to but heads over the installation of their service. I just explained how I resolved the situation by communicating with the customer better. Rephasing the comments etc, it was a miscommunication.
