Went through a recruiter. they sent in resume and within 1-2 days requested interview. I interviewed the next week. Quick interview with hiring manager, felt a little rushed. I waited about 15 minutes for the guy, nice lobby waiting area. Nice guy was easy to talk to but don't interview after 5pm.

Interview
Quick process, Got a call back within 24 hours from submitting the application. First telephone screening was short to confirm credentials and location (job is 100% onsite). In-person interview with the project manager was scheduled for the same week.

It was very easy going but to the point. It had a good balance of feeling personal and professional. Overall pleasant experience and one of the best interviews to date.
