During the first visit, i met with the SVP and Human Resources for a Construction Project Manager position. Fairly standard interview questions regarding work ethic, problem solving methods, past experiences, etc. Interview with the SVP took about 45 minutes while HR rep took about 20 minutes. Felt that the interview was informative about what they do and expectations for the role. Was immediately told that they were interested in bringing me in to meet with the VP overseeing this role.
The second visit was setup 2 weeks after the initial interview. The second visit took about an hour and went over the same general questions and information discussed at my first interview.
