Very bizarre experience. Had 2 rounds of interviews. Second round I was told an orientation date in the interview and really felt like they were trying to convince me to work there with how wonderful it was. A week later I received a generic rejection email and they reposted the job. I emailed the talent manager and asked about other insurance jobs they had posted, was asked for my availability, provided it, and then was ghosted.
