Basic interview questions were asked. Very easy due to the lack of education the managers presented. I got a call to schedule an in person interview and once I arrived two managers interviewed me. Asked me basic questions with no difficult moments.

They ask that questions be answered in S.T.A.R. format. They use a grading rubric to determine whether you fit the role you applied for. Sometimes they will offer a different role if one that suits you better is available. This company does do hire aheads and those positions can bounce around offices for training until an office has an opening and then they are assigned permanently.
Easy, one phone screen followed by two more interviews, one interview with the hiring manager and then regional manager along with an online assessment for personality and basic banking job skills

Hired on the spot! Simple interview process. Just know why you want to work for them. Took about a month to get hired on. Just had to pass a background check.
