I applied online. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
It was pretty straight forward. I filled out an application on line and was called by the local HR rep to come in for an assessment test. The test consisted of mostly how to handle specific situations and basic math questions. Once I passed that they called me back for an interview with her and the branch manager at the same time. I have seen them doing two separate interviews one with the HR rep and then a separate one with the branch and teller supervisors.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There wasn't anything really surprising. I guess the hardest was tell me about a time you and a manager butted heads and what happened
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.
