Interview
3 rounds of interviews. First with HR representative for ~30 minutes. Second with hiring manager also about ~30 minutes. Third with multiple 30 minute sessions with different members of the research team (15 people).

Specifically asked about my familiarity with specific techniques and methods as well as how I had done specific characterization methods in previous position.

Interview
The 2nd phone conversation was close to 40min long. The hiring manager asked very descriptive questions in relation to my current work and their expectations. Then asked why I wanted to leave my current position for Regeneron. He also asked how many hours I work, and I guess his biggest concern was that I might get bored due to the redundancy of industry work. To be fair, both academic and industry research will always be arduous and redundant. We need to be able to produce quality data that is reproducible.

Interview
There were two phone interviews, one with the HR rep, one with the team that was hiring and then an on-site interview. The on-side was about 6 hours long and was filled with 30-60 min meetings with people in the department.
