You meet with the employer in the lobby. then go to the managerial room. Discuss the job. Get to know you. Get to know them. They ask some questions. You take a quick math test.
Came 10 minutes early and accidentally disrupted the manager's lunch. Interview was straight forward and only took 20 mins, if you get offered a position there is a math quiz at the end.
