Hiring process was very long. I got asked for an interview about 6 weeks after I applied. For an entry level assistant position, they required 3+ interviews, including one with the Director as the final stage, and a technical test. After getting to the final stage, it still took several weeks for them to make a decision and they did not keep me as adequately informed of the hiring timeline as I would have liked. I kept having to ask for updates. I felt like I was strung along for quite a while and in the end, it was a negative decision anyway.
