Refresh Psychotherapy MHC-LP- Psychotherapist interview questions

The interview is a 3-step process. First one is a 15-minute interview with one Clinical Supervisor level therapist to assess fit. This is followed by a 2-person interview, one was a Clinical Supervisor and the other was the Intern Supervisor. The third interview is a mock intake, where one of the therapists acts as a client, and you are observed by one or two others. You are required to give a diagnosis, what worked for you and your areas of growth.
