My interview was changed from an in-person interview to a phone interview 2 hours before it was scheduled to take place. Director I spoke to was frazzled and clearly preoccupied with other happenings. Questions were relatively routine and simple, but the experience seemed unorganized.

I had sent my resume months prior to receiving a phone call telling me they had an immediate position open for me followed by 'congrats we have a position for you' and then failure to follow through twice, I gave up on the company. Very unprofessional.
