I only attended the first stage, which was the director of hardware. I followed up a week after, and they only responded with a negative result after 3 weeks. The last question was about needing a visa sponsorship, which I think is why I didn't move to the next stage.

Standard screener - background about yourself, why you have an interest in the role, wiliness to work in office, why have you decide to leave your previous employer.
Second - Panel Interview with 5 other heads of departments & HR.
10+ Minute - Power point than questions follow ups from others.
