I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reed (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
I reached out to Emma Barclay from the REED Hammersmith to chat about potential opportunities for a career path I wasn't very sure of and needed clarity. Not to mention, it has been TOUGH looking for a role during covid times. Emma honestly helped me more than she realises - she was complete sunshine and spent time with me making me feel positive and motivated again. She pulled me out of such a low place and within the next week, I was offered a dream job at an exciting start-up. Even though Emma didn't find me that role, without her supportive coaching and guidance, I wouldn't have had the strength to continue my job hunt. Emma made me feel like a real human and not just a candidate number. If I ever start the job hunt again, I will be coming straight back to REED in Hammersmith!

Question 1
General conversation about salary expectations and role interest
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Its good to see you had such a positive experience with Reed and in particular I will make sure your feedback gets to Emma.
They really helped me during the interview i felt calm collected and important I have not had that feeling before within my career. I sincerely hope i get the role
i did the online questions and it went well, then came the video interview, also went well, then went on to f2f interview, at their location. Heard nothing and receive no email whatsoever of what is the next step, 3 months later another equest for f2f again, I personally spent time going again. In the end to find out not successful nor any feedback as to why, my advice for them is to think through your process again for candidates, wasted time and effort if you ask me. Not a good impression of the management.
Apologises you felt your time was wasted. I am confident that this is not normal practice, I would like to hear more about your specific experience Claire.Bacon@reed.com
