Here it is very briefly:
- First interview was C#, JavaScript and SQL questions, basically top 50 trivia. Passed this
interview.
- I was about to be flown in for onsite, but they were still unsure so a second phone interview
was scheduled.
- The second interview was more or less a replica of the first interview, top 50 trivia. Some of
the questions were repeats of the first interview. Was told I did well. Next day I received
notification that I did not do well and that they decided to pass. Interviewers seemed unsure
of what they were asking.
- In parallel to the above two, HR sent me a link to formally apply for the position. Clicked link
and it was a dead link. Mistakes happen, however, I had to remind HR twice to send me the
correct link to the application site.
Based on the above experiences, I would advise to proceed with caution when interviewing
with this organization.
