Great interview with great management and training potential. They really know how to make you feel welcomed and at home. There were no surprises when the job started. Everything was laid out nicely in the interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Redstone Grill (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process consisted of three interviews by three different managers. The application process was walk-in, but the interviews were formal Q&A sessions regarding how I would behave in specific situations, a review of my previous experience (or lack thereof, at the time) in the hospitality industry and a less-formal "get to know who you are as a person" conversation towards the end.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"How would you handle a guest who was obviously intoxicated and requesting another alcoholic beverage?"
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Redstone Grill (Maple Grove, MN) in Nov 2014
Interview
Interviews are done one manager at a time. 1st you interview with the manager of in charge with your position. If you are called back you will interview with the general manager. Interviews are relaxed but are very direct. Training is intense and they want to know who is serious about getting through all of it.
